Standart Ordering Procedure:
1. Buyer issues LOI and send BCL at Seller's request.
* LOI validity maximum 14 (fourteen) days and include all detail of inquiry : target price and payment instrument.
2. Seller forward FCO.
3. Buyer issues ICPO.
4. Seller Forward draft Contract and bank details and Buyer review
5. Buyer and seller sign Contract Agreement.
6. Cargo/Mine Inspection is arranged if necessary
7. Buyer issues Payment Instrument.
8. Seller will issue Performance Bond 2%
9. Shipment as per contract agreement commenced
