PT. Citra Lautan Teduh established in Batam Island, Indonesia as a join venture company between one of the major construction companies in South Korea and one of the leading business promotion companies in Indonesia.
The company has built the most modernized factory at the east coast of Batam Island and has been producing Pretensioned Spun Concrete named "TEKCON" (Technical Concrete) to meet the demand of developing region including Batam Island together with nearby Riau Islands, Sumatera Island, Singapore and Brunei Darussalam.
The factory has two tension lines, three spinning lines, three caging machines, two concrete pouring lines, and eight steam curing chamber on six hectare site to produce over 100, 000 tons of Pretensioned Spun Concrete Piles annually.
The TEKCON piles shall be strictly controlled in its quality by standardized testing facilities at the factory and shall be supplied in the best competitive price for the customers.
To achieve a Quality Management System which meet the requirements of registration with the International Standard of ISO 9001 Quality System, PT. Citra LAUTAN TEDUH is certified to ISO 9001, 2000 Quality System for the manufacturing of Pretensioned Spun Concrete Piles under the registered Certification Number 01 100 023807.
The TEKCON piles therefore, will contribute to the cost saving and best quality for the project owners and contractors.
