With MH Metal Detector you get an application-specific and reliable metal detection system from one supplier, a system that allow you to easily fulfill even the most stringent quality inspection standards as well as hygienic and safety regulations.
The metal detection system of the MH Metal Detector series are sophisticated and performance-optimized complete systems comprising the following three main components:
- GENIUS GLS tunnel metal detector
- Special conveyor belt : Link chain PE (FDA/USDA)
- Blow-out system (optional)
Since the conveyor belt is specifically design for metal detection purpose, the metal detector can operate with the highest possible scanning sensitivity, because spurious triggering due to improper system component design avoided. Minimized installation length of the MH metal detection system can be integrated in the process line without any problems.
