When it is mixed with clean and cold water to be mortar and poured into pre-drilling holes of rock and concrete, it swells and exerts expansive capabilities on the hole-wall at a unit value of more than 50Mpa (500kg/cm2 .) which is strong enough to cut and crack reinforced concrete, marble and granite after a while.

The use of “PROSTAR” reduces the quantity of micro-cracks in the material because it does not produce seismic shock. For this reason it is possible to increase production recovery and therefore obtaining large volume of intact rock and increasing final profits.
