Xigang Seamless Steel Tube Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary company of Jiangsu Xigang Group Co., Ltd., which is solely owned by China Resources Machinery and Minmetals Group under China Resources (Group) Co., Ltd.
Our company now has various seamless steel tube manufacturing equipment, including one progressive blank pipe heater, 200mm diameter three-roller puncher and 200mm diameter two-roller duo-puncher each, two 200MT hydraulic cold pullers, one 200MT hydraulic cold press, one progressive thermal treatment furnace (with high pressure water jet for scale removal), one six-roller straightener, two high-speed cutters, one electro-magnetic ultrasonic unit and vortex non-destructive defect detection unit each and on-line length measuring, weighing, tag spraying and angle reversing manufacturing line.
Since 1950, Jiangsu Xigang Group has begun to manufacture seamless steel tubes. Our company now has three seamless steel tube manufacturing lines, which are large bore seamless steel tube manufacturing line and 100mm diameter hot rolling manufacturing line of Wuxi Seamless Steel Tube Co., Ltd. and small bore cold pulled seamless steel tube manufacturing line of Wuxi Sifang Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.
Wuxi Seamless Steel Tube Co., Ltd. now possesses one set of 100mm diameter Teranswar three-roller tube machine, one set of pipe blank ring heater, one Mannesmann puncher, one 100mm diameter Teranswar three-roller tube machine, one progressive reheater, one 18-frame tension reducer, straightener, pipe cutter, ultrasonic detector, vortex non-destructive defect detector, automatic length tester, weighing machine, finishing machine of surface spray-coating and tester.
